    I would recommend Deck Escapes for any outdoor project. I had a deck that was about 20 years old and had some serious deterioration including rotting wood and starting to fall. Jarrod was quick to get out and assess the situation. He gave me several options for replacement. He worked with us on a couple of minor changes as we got into the project. Finally, he was able to complete the project start to finish quickly so we could enjoy our new deck this fall. See more See less

    Deck Escapes did a great job on a new deck we needed due to some bad wood rot on our existing deck. Jarrod came out quickly and gave us an estimate and could meet our fast schedule. The old deck was demo’s and new deck up in less than 3 days. It looks great and we really appreciate the fast service. See more See less

    My experience with Jarrod and his team was excellent. I got several quotes to replace my back deck and his was by far the best value. He talked *with* me about what I wanted as opposed to others who talked *at* me about what I should do. They took apart my old deck, built, and completed the new one in a day. In addition to replacing the deck, they added in additional support beams to ensure longevity. A year later and it's standing as strong as the day is was built. Extremely happy with the outcome.     Deck escapes, did a fantastic job with tearing down our old deck and re-building a newer, bigger, much more functional outdoor space.     This company does excellent work and the people are easy to talk to. I would hire them again. We needed custom stairs for our elderly parents and they were great to work with to get that. The only thing that I would recommend is to be patient with them because weather and life circumstances can throw things off TimeWise. And the price was the best that I found in the area. We love sitting out on our porch and watching nature in the backwoods. Our Deck was done in the hottest part of the summer and we tried to make sure that the guys were hydrated and had a restroom to use and they were very clean and respectful of our property.     Jarrod and his team were extremely thorough and thoughtful in the re-construction of our deck. They took their time to ensure that the proper structure was in place and that the layout met our needs. In addition, they engineered a design to allow for the inset of our hot tub as well as a removable piece for hot tub panel access. Communication was also on point! See more See less

    Deck Escapes did a great job on our covered pergola. It was a custom project and they went out of their way to adjust to our wishlist with material and design recommendations and we love our rainproof pergola - the first of its kind in the area. Jay is a man of his word and although it took a bit longer, he delivered on what was promised. He also communicated regularly when there were scheduling adjustments.     Deck Escapes transformed our deck and screened-in porch. The owner was prompt, stayed on budget, was present daily, and gave suggestions on materials. The crew did excellent work, very knowledgeable about their work. He suggested Screenez to space out the supports further. It feels like a more open space where we can enjoy the view of the backyard.
